The Vitamin Suite’s Infrared Light Therapy has done wonders for my overall wellness. I feel lighter. It helps reduce inflammation, pain, and has given me an overall energy boost. Lakel (the owner) is very knowledgeable and caring. The space is warm and appealing. I’m continuing the light therapy, and I may try some other services soon....more

I live in Bowie, and I was looking for lunch when I saw this business was open! I stopped in and spoke with the CEO, Lakel she is so very welcoming and answered all of my questions so I was eager to sign up! When I arrived to my appointment I briefly chatted with an NP via video who went over my forms and health which I really appreciate because based on my medicine the NP gave Lakel the information on what I should avoid. That gave me a lot of comfort given I am going to take a drip of vitamins. Anyway, I HATE needles and Lakel mentioned that she has been a nurse for 17 years and she was gentle and talked me through it, once the drip was going I fell asleep. Woke up and I was almost done. I instantly noticed that my skin was glowing and I felt relaxed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!...more
